Our highly qualified, CRB checked coaches have extensive knowledge of gymnastics for educational establishments.
We have a vast experience working in schools with pupils for: Lunch time sessions, before school sessions, GCSE & A level preparation.
We have worked in Colleges around the United Kingdom providing sessions that encourage participation, growth and in some cases competitions.
We have worked with mainstream pupils, pupils with learning difficulties and pupils with physical disabilities at a wide range of ages.
We can provide a one of session for your school or weekly classes running throughout term time. All our classes include; resources, badges and certificates for participants, talent Identification for capable pupils; marketing material for the sessions and pupil termly report.
We can provide any of our sessions as; A breakfast club; lunchtime club; after school club; A level or GCSE PE class.

Lunch - EAT to feed your soul
Take a break from the morning’s experiences.
Find a space that is away from your usual place.
Take a deep slow inward breath as you visualise it filling every cell in your body, letting go slowly on the outward breath (do this, as many times as you need, until you become calm and focused within yourself).
Repeat as many times as you need:
I am present in my body.
I am present in my mind.
I am present in my energy.
Feel your energy vibrations flowing with ease as they expand with every breath.
I choose to let go of all energy, thoughts and feelings that do not align with my truth.
I choose to give them no further attention.
I choose to focus on giving … from a place … of clarity.
